Position:
In this role, your work will involve everything from concept to finished piece. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small business websites to large-scale e-commerce platforms.

This is an hourly onsite role with a flexible schedule that can vary up to 40 hours per week, depending on the workload and project timelines.
Web Design & Development:
- Collaborate with the creative director and developers to design and implement visually appealing, high-performing websites.
- Develop responsive designs for optimal user experiences across devices.
- Create and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring ease of navigation, fast-loading, and accessibility.
Social Media & Digital Advertising:
- Design engaging social media content (images, infographics, short videos) that drives audience interaction.
- Create digital ads for platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring visual appeal and strategic alignment with client goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance utilizing what works.
Collaboration, Communication & Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, tracking deadlines, and addressing challenges with collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Ensure high standards of quality, from concept to final execution.

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
