About the Role 
We’re seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for service-based businesses. You will be stepping in for our current Marketing Specialist who's going away for five weeks. Start date is between July 9-14th with an end date of August 14-19th. Both start and end dates are flexible and it includes an overlap so you can work together before and after he's returned to ensure a smooth transition. If you know how to drive leads, optimize budgets, and scale paid ad campaigns effectively, this is the role for you!

 What You’ll Do 
  • Manage and optimize 6-8 Google Ads accounts for service industry businesses.
  • Plan, execute, and track high-converting campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, conversion rates) using GA4 and make real-time optimizations.
  • A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the creative team to craft engaging ad content tailored to the target audience.
  • Stay ahead of Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes and emerging trends.

  • Launch new PPC Campaigns
  • Create regular Google Ads and Analytics reports for clients.
  • Weekly Create and present slide deck with key KPIs, performance across digital ads, social media, and SEO, using data from GA4, GSC and GTM.
  • Present insight on trends and performance, during marketing meeting with client.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
What You’ll Need
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for service-based businesses.
  • Direct experience running lead generation campaigns for home services, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, GSC and conversion tracking.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns while optimizing ad spend and ROAS.
  • Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and copywriting experience.
  • Experience with WordPress/Elementor.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.
